Reinforced Stone and Glass have a blast resistance of 150 which means it can withstand a nuclear blast, especially if layered and protects most of what is behind of it. It is best used for a nuclear reactor given the possibility of a meltdown.

Reinforced Stone & Glass Recipes

To craft the Reinforced Stone, it is 8 stone surrounding an Advanced Alloy which is simply a compressed Mixed Metal Ingot (Refined Iron, Bronze and Tin). The glass is two advanced alloys on the left and right spot in the middle row and the rest of the slots being vanilla glass.
